Here are some pics of the scarfs I will be selling at the boutique in December. Some are thick and chunky & others are soft & silky. I recently started knitting scarfs in a "seed" stitch pattern and absolutely love how they are looking! Today is an absolutely beautiful day up here in Minnesota! Sun is shining, the air is crisp and cool, and the wind is blowing around an array of beautifully colored fall leaves! I love this time of year so much...if only it would last longer!

Had a wonderful weekend with my family. My parents, sisters and their families were up for the weekend to attend & celebrate my daughter, Corrahs', Confirmation at church. I love it when we are all together....wish we all lived closer so we could see each other more often. Because of all the guests, I didn't get much knitting done...but we did manage to draw names for Christmas, and I got 2 of my little nieces so I think I am going to knit & felt them cute little purses. My niece Ella likes the color yellow, while my other niece Cecilia prefers blues, and greens. I am going to make some cute little flowers as embellishments for the purses. I can already envision them in my head! Hope they actually turn out as cute! Here is a picture of Corrah on her big day....I am so proud of her! Congratulations Corrah!

Spent the weekend trying to learn to crochet. A friend at work showed me the basics, but I am really having a hard time getting the hang of it. I guess I just need to keep trying. Woke up again to snow this morning....it is so pretty! Here are a few pics of our early October snow!

Last night I finished the bag I was knitting for my friends birthday. I put it in the washer to felt it and it turned out fabulous! Right now it is drying, and then the last step will be to sew the handles on. I can't wait to give it to her!!! I wil get a pic posted as soon as I am done!

Woke up to the ground covered with snow this morning! Kind of early for that....even in Minnesota! I love it though! It looks so pretty outside.....all the dead plants in my garden look so lovely with a light coat of snow on them!
